Lauren's Top Three

Living in northeast Ohio, my boots take a beating every fall/winter. I like to have a good pair of boots that I can wear all the time, so first and foremost they need to be comfortable. Check out the boots that made my top three.

Camryn Lace Up Boot by Born $189.95: This boot is supremely comfortable. While it is a lace up boot it zips from the side so it is easy to get on and off.

This all leather boot comes in black or brown and while not waterproof it checked all the boxes for me.

2. Runner Up

Dansko Brianne Waterproof Boots $199.99: It was a toss up between this pair and the lace up boots from Born. These boots are comfortable and are versatile enough to be worn with many different outfits. I just felt that they were a little plain for me.

Sorel Out N’ About III Waterproof Boot $120.00: I really wanted to love these boots as they are stylish, waterproof and not a bad price point. The only drawback was in comfort, they felt way to stiff for me.

Juli's Top Three

This season I was on the hunt for some great tall and short boot options that were waterproof and warm, but still on trend. My focus this year was on a tall boot, but wanted to keep my options open. A bonus is that I can stretch out the life of my skirts and dresses with a cute pair of knee high boots to keep my legs warm!

Knee High Boot Trend

Cole Haan Calgary Water Resistant Over the Knee Boots $149.90 (originally $300.00): I’m happy that knee high boots are hot this year, and I loved this classic style by Cole Hahn. They are waterproof, warm, and look great with skirts, jeans or leggings.

2. Runner Up
Lug Sole Boot Trend

Blondo Devin Waterproof Boots $160.00: I was initially attracted to the faux shearling cuff which made these stand out more than a typical black boot. These are warm and waterproof, but when I tried them on the ankle felt a bit lower than I would have wanted for a shorter boot.

3. Last Pick
Wedge Boot Trend

Joan Uptown Lace-Up Wedge Boots $240.00: While I liked the hazelnut color of these leather boots (I tend to prefer black or grey), they weren’t as comfortable as I had hoped. I do think they would look cute with jeans or leggings and the leather upper is waterproof as well.
